Describe yourself in one line.

Medicine woman, lover, sister, daughter, and friend — I healed my body with my mind, and I now share the power of mind-body medicine with the world.

Had any interesting shower thoughts lately?

I found myself watching the water droplets and imagining them as infinite blessings, trying to catch them with my hands but never quick enough. It reminded me that life is overflowing with opportunities and gifts; sometimes, all we have to do is trust that they are already raining down upon us, even if we can’t catch them all.

What’s your relationship with water?

I share a deep and sacred bond with water. I’m a water sign, and water has been a life-giver for my family, it was the spirit of water that carried my Dad, a refugee, safely to Australia. Because of that, water holds an ancestral love for me.
I’m deeply inspired by the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto and Veda Austin, understanding that water holds consciousness, listens, remembers, and reflects our inner world. Water heals, water grounds, and water connects me to something far greater.

What’s one thing you think society overvalues?

The idea that hard work, hustle, and grinding are the only paths to success.

What does the word wellbeing mean to you?

To me, wellbeing means feeling safe to be who you are.
It’s the harmony of the three planes of existence, physical, mental, and spiritual. True wellbeing is when your body feels vital, your mind feels at ease, and your soul feels expansive and free. That, to me, is true holism, and that is wellbeing.

If you could change one thing about your daily routine, what would it be?

I would sing more. I’m not a trained or professional singer by any means, but it just makes me feel so good

When was the last time you felt truly inspired?

I felt deeply inspired and moved last week when I was cooking. There’s something so humbling about witnessing how nature is self-resourceful, self-sufficient, and displays the most breathtaking designs and arrangements. I am especially captivated by fruits and vegetables, how a single seed holds infinite intelligence to grow, evolve, and expand. Crazy!

If we created a ‘You’ Starter Kit, what would be in it?

Well Verti Shower Filter, Weleda Skin Food, Sage Agastya Red Sandalwood Comb, Dermaviduals Süüsmoon Lotion N, Superfeast Wildcrafted Tremella Mushroom Extract, Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza, Salt by Hendrix Jade Gua Sha, Bolga Basket
