Instruction Video
1. Open your Wellness Pod®
Unscrew the housing and remove your used cartridge.
2. Wash away the build-up
Wash the filter body and top cap with warm, soapy water to remove any hard water minerals or residue.
3. Rinse and dry
Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean cloth.
4. Insert your new cartridge
Place your fresh refill cartridge into the housing.
5. Reassemble and enjoy
Screw your Wellness Pod® back together, your next shower is ready.

Yes! the Wellness Pod™ shower filter uses a global 1/2" thread, designed to fit 99% of shower setups worldwide, including modern, older, and fixed wall-mounted shower heads.
In the rare case where the installation point is especially tight or angled, a swivel ball adapter can be purchased separately to allow for a comfortable, secure fit without forcing the connection.

No, the Wellness Pod™ is designed to maintain a strong, consistent flow while filtering the water that touches your skin, so your shower still feels full and refreshing.
For optimal performance, we recommend replacing the filter every 3 months. This can vary slightly depending on water quality and household usage.
The Simple 3.5 cm Rule
In most homes, you won’t need an adapter. Our shower filter fits the standard G1/2 universal shower thread, used in the majority of showers, and installation usually takes under 60 seconds.
To check, simply look at the space between your wall outlet and shower hose connection.
If the gap is 3.5 cm or more, the filter should screw on easily with no adapter needed.
If the gap is less than 3.5 cm, a small swivel adapter may help create a little extra room for installation.
