No Returns for Change of Mind

Due to the health and hygiene nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

To help you purchase with confidence, our team is available before you buy via live chat or email at help@wellverti.com.au to assist with product selection, compatibility, and any questions you may have prior to purchasing.

Well Verti products are classified as health and hygiene items. For this reason, strict return conditions apply to protect product safety, quality, and fairness for all customers.

All refunds, replacements, or resolutions are assessed strictly in line with this policy.

Hygiene & Used Product Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds for any product that has been installed, used, or had water pass through it.
This includes shower filters, tap filters, bath filters, and refill cartridges.

Once a product has been used, it cannot be resold and is therefore non-returnable.

Incorrect Purchases & Compatibility

We do not offer refunds or returns for incorrect purchase decisions, incompatibility with your tap, shower, plumbing, or setup, failure to review product measurements, images, specifications, or installation guidance prior to purchase, or normal wear and tear.

Compatibility & Fitment (Important)

Well Verti Shower Filters are designed to fit global standard ½-inch threads and are compatible with the vast majority of shower arms and hoses worldwide.

In some installations, particularly in tight or recessed spaces, an adapter may be required. Where needed, suitable adapters are available and supported by our team prior to purchase.

HALODROP Tap & Bath Filters require measurement and confirmation of fit before purchasing.
Due to the wide variation in tap and bath spout designs, compatibility cannot be guaranteed without checking dimensions and clearance.

We strongly recommend measuring your tap or bath spout before purchase, reviewing all product images and specifications, and contacting our team via live chat or help@wellverti.com.au if unsure.

Once purchased, products are not eligible for return or refund due to incompatibility.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you believe your product is faulty or was damaged in transit, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Where a product is verified as faulty, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion. Evidence such as photos or videos may be required, and products may need to be returned for inspection before a resolution is issued.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for issues caused by incorrect installation, misuse or modification, external damage or interference, or normal wear and tear.

Requests submitted outside the 30-day period may not be eligible for assessment.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Returned to Sender / Non-Collection / Unclaimed Deliveries

If an order is returned to us due to non-collection, refusal, or an incorrect address provided at checkout, a $24.99 return to sender fee will be deducted from any refund to cover original shipping and return costs charged by the carrier.

This fee reflects the average shipping and return costs incurred and may vary by location. 

Sale & Promotional Periods

All purchases made during sale or promotional periods are final.
No refunds. No cancellations. No order changes.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are processed automatically according to the schedule selected at checkout.

Once a subscription order has been processed, it is final and non-refundable, including for change of mind, forgetting to cancel, or timing oversight.

Customers are responsible for managing, pausing, or cancelling their subscription before the next scheduled charge via their account dashboard.

Return Shipping (Faults Only)

Return shipping is only provided where a return is approved due to a verified product fault or an error on our part.

In all other circumstances, return shipping does not apply as returns are not accepted.

Rebranding Notice

Products supplied in previous packaging versions are not eligible for return following a rebranding update.

Policy Updates

Well Verti reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Refunds & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
